OESO has become a significant esophagus reference over the past years, primarily for gastroenterology, surgery, interdisciplinary endoscopy, and oncology.

This wide range of topics is a guarantee of success!

The presidents will give shape to our congress, particularly by open exchanges on patient-centered, cross-sectoral care. Thus, the latest research results from peri-operative or multimodal concepts will be presented to a broad audience and reviewed for their practical relevance. Controversial clinical and scientific topics, such as gastrointestinal oncology, immunology or minimally invasive interventions, and possibilities through new artificial intelligence (AI) methods are discussed in pro and con sessions.

We are particularly looking forward to the active participation of our younger colleagues from our fields of expertise – we are calling on them to come together, because only together can we master the special and diverse challenges of our time.
